About Us

We are Sara, Amanda and Rachel and we have united to bring you the most spectacular, safe, nourishing, and transformational retreats in the UK and in some of the world’s most beautiful locations.

Our highest intention is to provide you the space, inspiration, and guidance to fully embody yourself, awaken to who you truly are, and find connection, safety, and aliveness within your own body and mind so that you can move through life feeling easeful, grounded, connected, and inspired.

Sara Smyth
Sara Smyth is a trainee Health Psychologist and holistic health practitioner working with women around stress, overwhelm, anxiety, chronic illness and major life transitions.

Her work integrates health psychology, including somatic CBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, with breathwork, yoga, and bodywork to support nervous-system regulation, embodied awareness, and values-led living.

With over ten years of experience, Sara offers a warm, compassionate approach, supporting women to feel more at home in themselves and to move forward with curiosity, confidence and a sense of possibility.

Amanda Ashy
Amanda is a trauma-trained transformational nervous system and somatic coach for nearly a decade. She’s also a Myofascial Energetic Release bodyworker in training with nearly 500 hours experience.

She supports mothers to understand their somatic patterns of mental and emotional distress so they can unlock the belief systems holding them back from feeling alive and free in their lives, while also being a great mother.

She also works with parents and children to develop emotional regulation and resilience skills. She works with families with many different needs including trauma, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, confidence, resilience, self-regulation skills and more.

Rachel Bednarski
Rachel is a Trauma Trained Breathwork Therapist, Somatic Coach, and yoga and meditation teacher guiding people to come from their mind into their body, so they can feel and experience life, rather than thinking and analysing their way through it.

The foundation of her work is the belief that when we work with our bodies to stop pathologising our feelings we can finally feel them, listen to them, and learn from our body’s innate intelligence.

Rachel’s unique approach combines breathwork with movement and somatic practices to release tension and trauma and return to our most fluid, free, connected, alive selves.

Amanda and Rachel live in Hastings with Amanda’s two children.
