We are Sara, Amanda and Rachel and we have united to bring you the most spectacular, safe, nourishing, and transformational retreats in the UK and in some of the world’s most beautiful locations.
Our highest intention is to provide you the space, inspiration, and guidance to fully embody yourself, awaken to who you truly are, and find connection, safety, and aliveness within your own body and mind so that you can move through life feeling easeful, grounded, connected, and inspired.
Sara Smyth
Sara Smyth is an experienced integrative health practitioner working primarily with women’s health and well-being. She is a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher, trained in positive psychology interventions, somatic CBT and compassion-focused therapy techniques with 9 years of experience guiding clients towards deep, transformative healing.
Sara’s approach is grounded in health psychology and with a focus on the stress / health cycle. Sara offers mind-body massage therapies in Beckenham, including facial sculpting, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage and bespoke integrative health massages. In response to rising chronic stress, Sara has developed a Well@Work stress management programme, tailored for groups and organisations. She is a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher, with 9 years of experience guiding clients towards deep, transformative healing, using Positive Psychology interventions and backed by MSc studies in health psychology and with a focus on the stress / health cycle.
Amanda Ashy
Amanda is a certified and trauma-trained mindfulness, emotional intelligence, somatics coach working specifically with families and women. She is a nervous system authority, working with Unyte Integrated Listening to deliver their Safe and Sound Protocol for nervous system regulation.
She is also a trained Myofascial Energetic Release bodyworker, and offers in person appointments in East Sussex, UK. She supports many different family and individual needs including trauma, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and more. Amanda is also a clinical nutritionist for over a decade working holistically with families.
Rachel Bednarski
Rachel is a Trauma Trained Breathwork Therapist, Somatic Coach, and yoga and meditation teacher guiding people to come from their mind into their body, so they can feel and experience life, rather than thinking and analysing their way through it.
The foundation of her work is the belief that when we work with our bodies to stop pathologising our feelings we can finally feel them, listen to them, and learn from our body’s innate intelligence.
Rachel’s unique approach combines breathwork with movement and somatic practices to release tension and trauma and return to our most fluid, free, connected, alive selves.
Amanda and Rachel live in Hastings with Amanda’s two children.
